- Customer is allowed to check and verify the product before buying. We are not responsible for any damages or issues after the sale.
- Some products are covered under warranty, customers can contact the company for any damages or issues for those products.
- Once a weapon is sold, we are not obligated to return or replace it.
- We are obligated to collect your personal information and license details during sale to keep it in our records.
- We keep all your informations and details confidential and we never share it with any third party. However, we are obligated to share it with DM/Commissioner of Police if asked, which is a common process.
- All the sales are done in compliance with the Arms Act and a set procedure is followed.
